• Personal data submitted by Job Seekers voluntarily to register their resume with us.
• Personal data submitted by Clients voluntarily to put in an Order Request.

PURPOSE FOR INFORMATION GATHERED

·         Personal data of Job Seekers will be used for the exclusive purpose of assisting them to secure employment with our Clients.

·         Personal Data of Clients will be used for the exclusive purpose of assisting them in the search for employees.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

·         The data of Job Seekers will only be shared with Manfield’s Clients after prior consent is given.

·         The data of Clients will not be shared with any third party.

ACCESS OF INFORMATION

·         Only Employees of Manfield and the Job Seekers have access to their personal data. Job Seekers are entitled to amend/update their data anytime. Employees of Manfield are entitled to amend/update the data of Job Seekers with prior consent from Job Seekers.

·         Only Employees of Manfield and Clients have access to their personal data. Clients are entitled to amend/update their data anytime. Employees of Manfield are entitled to amend/update the data of Clients with prior consent from Clients.

COOKIES

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.
