We fulfill special recruitment needs of headhunting for talents either locally or across the region in countries such as Malaysia, China, India, The Philippines, etc.

Stage 1: Understanding Your requirements
Understand the client’s operations, industry, products & services, position’s
responsibilities, how the position fits into the organization, job expectations, etc.


Stage 2: Research & Search
Extensive research to identify potentially qualified candidates and sources (this
will include personal and/ or confidential contacts with business leaders and
expert referrals in key industries across regions).

Stage 3: Contacting & Assessing Candidates
Extensive interviews to evaluate their qualifications and level of interest in the
client’s position (this will include reference checking).
Optional Assessment Methodologies: Skills Assessment/ Personality Profiles.

Stage 4: Presenting Candidates
Present list of suitable qualified candidates with the detailed profiles of their
background, work history, assessments of their qualifications.

Stage 5: Client Interview, Offer, Negotiation, Closure and Transition Management
Interviews will be scheduled at the times suitable for the client.
Coordinate and confirm the candidates’ attendance at the agreed times.
Communicate results of each interview meetings to the client and candidates
Final job offer and management of the transition.

Stage 6: Follow-Up
Continue to keep in touch with both the client and candidate, so as to ensure the
successful candidate is settling well into the new work environment.
